Greetings Aaron and Brandi,

Just dropping a quick note to say thanks to Wayne and the whole crew for
doing such a great job on my carpet. I was pleased to have it done so
quickly after calling, and Wayne did a wonderful job. It looked so nice and
fresh, and smelled clean. With a new puppy we've inevitably had a few
accidents in the house, and after Wayne was finished it was like new. I

Aaron and No Problem Team,

Just needed to take a minute to let you all know how much we here at Springhouse appreciate you all. Without fail, you all always go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of and EVERY time, even in a pinch, you get us taken care of.

I have seldom if ever found a group of individuals that truly follow up, get the job done, and admit if they have made a mistake and always with a smile. It’s not often in this world that you get the opportunity to work with such a great group, thanks for making the craziness of this industry seem normal and for taking such good care of me and my Springhouse family of friends and residents.

Hi Aaron.

Thank you again for sending Ronnie over to transport the auction
items for us last Thursday. He was awesome and did a great job - we really
appreciate it. I will put mention it in the March Rooflines as well.

On another note, your guys cleaned my carpet on Friday, did an awesome job
and were very pleasant to work with. He did not give me an amount or an
invoice though - can you either fax that to me or drop it in the mail?
