There is a $25.00 fee for all occupied units.

Warranty:

  • All bathtubs and enclosures have an 18 month warranty.
  • Counter tops have a 12 Month warranty.
  • Sinks and appliance have no warranty after new tenant has taken possession.

Occupied resurfacing not recommeded but will be done upon request when resident has signed waiver. Waiver required on all occupied resurfacing work.
