NOTICE: Prices for Multi family are valid only for customers that have multiple units at multiple sites. Individual condo, apartments or town home pricing will be quoted from single family rates.

Prices listed above do not include extra services such as cleaning exterior windows, removal of excessive trash or extra dirty apartments. No Problem will gladly clean garages, offices, laundry rooms, fitness centers, models, or maintenance shops.

For extra dirty apartments we prefer 24 hour advanced notice to insure the proper attention to begiven to that apartment. We also will need to give an estimate before work is completed.

We will not clean OCCUPIED apartments under any circumstance.

All apartments have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 72 hours from the time we perform the service. After 72 hours we have the option to charge for a touch-up "Getting it back clean" service.
