- Is pre-conditioning our carpets an extra “add
on” fee and is it needed to help our carpets?
Pre-conditioning is never an additional fee at No Problem!!! Services.
In fact, we pre-condition every carpet we clean FREE, because
it helps with the cleaning process. It really depends on why you
are given the recommendation to pre-condition. That is why we
do it on every clean to eliminate the guessing for our customers.

No. Since we rinse your carpet with clean, hot water, all chemical

carpet. [Top]
- We have been told to wait a while to have our carpets
cleaned, what would you recommend?
We hear that also; but that is not true if you use No Problem!!!
Services. Many of the major carpet mills recommend that you have
your carpets cleaned professionally at least once per year. Especially
in the traffic areas which tend to soil much quicker.

- I have furniture in the rooms I want cleaned, do you
move it?
We will definitely move light-weight furniture for $10 per room
as long as a loss waiver is signed prior to the service commencing.
We request that breakable items be removed from the furniture.
In addition, all electrical items must be properly powered down
and unplugged. Upon completion of the carpet clean, we will move
the furniture back and place it on furniture blocks that can be
removed after the carpet has completely dried.
Otherwise, we will clean all carpet we can reach with our cleaning

- Is your carpet staff bonded and insured?
In addition to being bonded and insured, we do a sexual offender
background check once a year. [Top]
- I have pet stains; can you remove them from my carpet?
If you can, what will it cost?
We use a very aggressive urine stain remover so we are pretty
successful removing “newer” pet stains. The older
the stain, the harder it is to remove due to the discoloration
of the carpet fibers. Our standard topical pet treatment is an
additional $25.00 per room. [Top]
- Can you guarantee to get the pet odor out of my carpet?
There are several options available in treating pet stains and
odors. Depending on the degree of the problem, we may be able
to topically treat the odor with a neutralizer. If simply cleaning
and neutralizing the top of the carpet doesn’t take care
of the problem, it may be necessary to treat the backing of the
carpet as well which has proven to be an effective way of resolving
pet odor.
There are also circumstances that require us to treat the subfloor,
clean the subfloor, seal the subfloor by removing and/or replacing
the carpet pad, clean the topical and backing of the carpet. Of
course, this is always the last resort but without a doubt it
is the most effective for guaranteed odor removal.

- Can you remove red stains?
We use a heat/dye transfer method that allows us to remove almost
any red stain. If we are unable to remove by heat transfer, we
can always patch the spot with a piece of carpet from your closet
or perhaps a piece left over from the original installation.

- My carpet has wrinkles or waves all over it; can you
get rid of them?
Every carpet technician is trained in carpet repairs in addition
to carpet cleaning. We can get rid of ANY wrinkle that you have
in your home. It sometimes requires us to cut a “seam”
in a doorway so we can remove the excess. [Top]
- My son spilled some bleach on the carpet; can you replace
that piece of discolored carpet?
Replacing or patching may not be necessary. Our technicians can
“spot dye” the carpet where it is discolored. If for
some strange reason it does not work then, yes, we can patch it.
