| NOTICE: Prices for Multi family are valid only for customers that have multiple units at multiple sites. Individual condo, apartments or town home pricing will be quoted from single family rates. |
- Pad relays include 1 seam.
- All wet vacs include water extraction, pulling of pad
(as
needed), enzyme and microban of subfloor, carpet and tackstrip.
- All full unit dyes include BASIC carpet clean.
- We will gladly provide estimates on all vacant units before
we do any work if requested.

- Schedule service requests prior to 10:00 a.m. and same
day service is guaranteed within Dallas and Tarrant Counties.
- Free estimates can be either scheduled or provided prior
to performing the service (upon request). That allows you
to determine if there is a possibility the carpet may need
to be replaced or it can be restored.
